Slushi
Wonder why such a low grade, water needed a buff and got it. A synchro that can be a tuner, and bring itself back from the dead and halves your oppenents monster. Add legendary ocean and power of guardians and it becomes a hard wall to climb. Also the effect might be broken. Can't you just keep destroying your gy to keep bringing him back

I'm so glad waters are getting a buff. SSA has always been a favorite. With this and the ice barrier Synchron cosmic cyclones aren't as devastating!

But you can't use it's revival effect because you don't use water monster. I think you can replace wheelder with lv 3 water tuner

Its really easy to make with Hammer Shark and Fishborg Archer in hand.

There are other ways, like special summoning white manta, normal summoning fishborg launcher, synchro into the level 5 crystron synchro, then use fishborg launchers effect to come out of the grave and then synchro again to make dolphin and you still have materials you can banish for dolphin.

I don't think ssa would matter too much with this as long as you have a couple of water monsters that are in the GY, you could let it get destroyed and special summon it from the GY and use it's effect the next turn. Suppose it couldn't hurt though!
