Once per turn, you can send 1 "Ojama" card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Ojama" monster from your Graveyard. While you control a face-up "Ojama" monster, switch the original ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field. ("Ojama" can include "Ojamuscle".)
Clearly Ojama Country was made to support the Ojama Archtype, mostly it's fusion monsters by switching their attack and defense, so that you can use them as beaters. They can also be revived as long as you have Ojama cards in your hand to discard.
Has it been properly fusion summoned before it was sent to the GY? If it was special summoned by another way, you can't revive it from the GY

Submarineroid works well with Ojama Country, you switch original attack and defense so you now have a 1800 monster that can attack directly. I did this on duel links so it's legit.
