How to Get

Skill Details

At the beginning of your turn, you can apply one of these effects based on the condition on your field. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
- When Elemental HERO Neos is on your field whereas Yubel don't, Play 1 Yubel in ATK position from the outside of your deck on the field.
- When Yubel is on your field whereas Elemental HERO Neos don't, Play 1 Elemental HERO Neos in ATK position from the outside of your deck on the field.
- When both Elemental HERO Neos and Yubel are on your field or not, Play one of them randomly in ATK position from the outside of your deck on the field.

This is probably an NPC skill if I had to guess. Beginning of the turn skills like this are rarely player-obtainable, but are pretty common for NPC's in things like Tag Duel events. Also, the third effect having no restrictions is a pretty big tell, especially since there is no condition required to activate the skill to begin with.

Lets tag duel. I got a Dark Magician deck & the enemy is Reshef, The Dark Being with 16,000 LP & we have 8,000 each. What deck you got?

That 3rd effect is going to be abused with synchros,subterrors,U.A,free tribute fodder,

You don't really need this skill to summon Neos Wiseman. I use Tribute To The Doom to send Yubel to the GY, Special summon E Neos first, then special summon her with Limit Reverse.

Yes, you can. But putting Neos, Yubel, and Neos Wiseman in a deck makes it bricky, inconsistent, and lacks focus. This skill allows summoning Neos Wiseman as side boss while the deck still focused on Neos or Yubel.

Also, 'summoning' using skill can avoid chain. Though this kind of easy 'play xxx' skill usually abused for purpose other than wiseman.

It can make it bricky but you need to have a decent hand to be able to utilize. Before i empty my deck, i had, 2 E Hero Neos, 1 Yubel, 2 Ancient Rules, 2 E Hero (Gemini monster that becomes E Neos,) Drawf Star Dragon, & i think two Deep Diver to add Neos Wiseman to my hand. But this is just a possible skill listed.
