If you control a face-up Sea Serpent-Type monster, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 WATER monster to target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy that target.
I just don't understand how this isn't a rare at least. Why common? This thing is super easy to get out because it's water and only Lvl 5, it has decent stats for a level 5 and can destroy any card period once per turn just by tributing a water monster? I mean, damn. I just don't get it. Maybe not a super because it's not Especially amazing in the current meta but why common?
Compare this to an SR goka (fire atribute). Goka can be special summon to but still need to tribute other card. But this card don't. Goka can tribute a monster per tur for additional 500 atk. But this card destroy a monster with a tribute. This card definitely better while this card only a N. But that's good it's only mean we can get it more easier. Konami should do this often.
