A mysterious character that was previously "leaked" and revealed from the datamine files. It's a character from the card D.D. Guide, similar the other two card characters in the game: Card Trader, who gives you cards in exchange for trader items, and Tour Bus From the Underworld, the one in charge of Duel Quiz.
The image seems to suggest that it's a character that works like the card trader, but appears at the rightmost part of town, possibly with a different feature. Card crafting perhaps?
Other digital card games have features that allows you to craft cards that you want. Either by fusing multiple copies of cards, or by obtaining pieces/fragments to make a whole.
Looking at the picture shown above, we can see that cards have timer icons on the top right of each cards, presumably indicating time left until they leave?
The cards used as an examples were: Feral Imp, Bubonic Vermin, and Dragon Zombie.
