it only avoid battle damage, but not effect damage. but good card

You have to wait 4 turns for it to do anything, not OP in the slightest.

yeah most player use certain deck to win quickly like naturia,ice barrier and red eyes

I barely scraped out the win the first time against lv30 using Chazz-Ojama, had to stall the whole time because I realized that my Ojama deck didn't actually have spot removal for clocktower (didn't realize he had it/starts with it). Finally, drew my last card and was able to delta hurricane his field, then fuse into King for game (because an earlier hit had him at exactly 3K). It was ridiculous.

I agree it’s not that op but if you have a control deck with lava golem that combination is a L in most cases.

If you use Dread Servant and Eternal Dread you don't have to wait at all, and if you aren't using Clock Tower Prison with those two cards, you are doing something wrong.
