I love using this card in Ice Counter deck. With Umiiruka it's also a 2100 ATK level 4 monster.
Ocean is my Bride
This is useful in a mako legendary ocean hammershark deck

If I manage to place 3 snow counters to one card, can I destroy other card which I didn't place any snow counter to.

I've tried and yes, you can.
You have to summon it yhe 3rd card so that you can collect 3 counters immediately. Your other water monsters must be face-up so that it's counted as three cards.
If it has 3 counters, you can destroy any card(face-up/down, spell/trap card)

Just remember that monsters with Special Summon condition, like Fusion, Synchro and Ritual, needs...
Try to discard your ritual monster to the GY then use Fullfillment of the Contract and look what ...
Fiend Synchro deck sounds like a nice idea now that we get access to this card.
Very unlikely, roaming event is usually never an unlock event as well.
