You will also not be able to tribute.

Tips

Very helpful against Monarch decks that need to be Tribute Summoned to activate their effects.
This card also shuts down Ritual Summoning (with a few exemptions), because that would require you to tribute monsters.

Prevent Activation

Mask of Restrict can prevent the activation of effects that require them to tribute. This also applies to Monster that tribute themselves like Stardust Dragon, Doomcaliber Knight, etc.

This card stops Relinquished deck, Gravekeeper deck, and Kaibaman deck. Can't wait to have a proper and stable anti-meta deck in Duel Links.

this is for tribute not special summon so does not stop kaibaman and also Relinquished is ritual summon so it does not stop it to lol its tribute summon man

Monsters can be Tributed in two ways:

As requirement for a Tribute Summon/Set.
By card that specifically uses this term (as a cost, effect, or as part of a Summoning condition).

This card prevents all kinds of tributing, not just tribute summon. Ritual summon requires tribute. Text from Black Illusion Ritual: "This card is used to Ritual Summon Relinquished. You must also TRIBUTE monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 1 or more". It also blocks Kaibaman effect which clearly states that it must be tributed to summon BEWD.
