Very useful to destroy a monster with high ATK that your opponent controls.
The effect continues unlike Reinforcements and Curse of Aging.

Cons

Weak to Twister since this card is continuous trap.
Note that this card does not decrease the ATK of a face-up attack position monster. That affects a monster that conducts an attack.

From my understanding, no it doesn't. And it's not infinite anyway. The skill only works for 1 turn and even then the skill only works with ACTIVATION, not maintenance or effect.

This card should be banned it is way too strong. If you have it in your starting hand you basically win the game. The monster that attacks you will most likely be destroyed leaving the field wide open for two or more of your monsters to attack and end the game. In the 4k lifepoints format it is a death sentence.

I disagree that this card is too strong.

1. ANY removals destroy mirror wall, try to anticipate if mirror wall is down, and if you are sure, DONT ATTACK (Best counter)

2. Since 20 cards, drawing your removals are not as hard as you think. (But same applies to others)

4. Yugioh is great at disrupting your enemy's win conditions/plans so this card may be considered strong, but NOT TOO Strong

Would rather run enemy controllers that is more versatile than mirror wall. Just seems like a favor of the month card actually.

As we get more removals/card expansions, Mirror Wall will not make the 20 card cut

@hyunoob This card IS too strong for the format, as a KoG player, I find it common for a game to end in 2 turns with Mirror Wall up. Yes, you can try to predict when it is set on their side, but only to a certain extent... Although, I abuse this card as well.

Actually, Mirror Wall will typically be activated during the Damage Step, during which Twister can't touch it, and often so that one opponent's monster gets destroyed in the process. Destroying it afterward won't mean much when it already did its job, and because of its prohibitively high LP cost, it rarely lasts more than one turn anyway.

Know your spell speeds
Twister is a quick spell, so in the chain, twister is considered to activate first (due to faster speed) and since mirror wall is a continuous trap, once it is popped, the effect does not go in to effect allowing the board to be mirror wall free

TLDR: Quick Spell Speed > Continuous Trap speed, so it is as if mirror wall never got used

The original post is talking about how Mirror Wall will most likely be activated during the damage step. Rules state; the only thing that can activate during the damage step is altering ATK/DEF cards and Counter Traps. Twister is a quick-play that destroys S/T cards. You won't be able to activate it during the damage step no matter the spell speed.

There is some glitch that you can activate twister against it in the damage step. I'm not sure how i was able to. I swung with my dino, he flipped to reveal wall, my dino's stats shrunk. Then I was given the option to use my twister?! I used it and my dino's stats returned to normal and killed his monster. It made no sense but somehow i was able to

That's not a "glitch"; your opponent most likely activated Mirror Wall during your attack declaration and not the Damage Step.
