Tips

Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon

The only monster Neutron Blast can support. Giving Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon has amazing attack and giving him 3 attacks in a turn can lead to an OTK. Being a big beater, he will also appreciate the protection effect.

I've just used this against a Darklord deck, but my opponent was able to activate tezcatlipoca's effect, thus protecting his monster..! Like wtf?! How is this possible?

You didn't see the big picture. You'll need lots of cards to make that happen, not to mention putting up insurance to ensure the attacks hit instead of getting trolled by backrow.

Accelerator

Honestly it's not that good the text specifies it must be fusion summoned to be able to activate it. Too much work

That's because it would be too broken if the BEUD doesn't have to be Fusion Summoned.

why not just say upto 3 attacks each battle phase instead of saying second and third attack

So it can be Optional to attack up to 2 times.
if it written like that then the player must attack 3 times during that battle
