Hmm the wording made me think that even if the copy appeared in your starting hand you could shuffle it back then summon it

Is this currently completely unobtainable? There is no quest for this skill in the Special tab ingame

Go through the main missions approximately to stage 10 and then it should be available in the fight against Kessler

Do you have to have a majestic Dragon to use this skill because it hasn’t worked once.

You do need it in your deck because the skill's description says it brings the Majestic Dragon out from your deck.

Yes. You can. But still need 1 lvl 1 monster to synchro onto Savior Star Dragon

who said anything about synchro?

Assuming that's how the skill ends up to be (as in, without any changes), that means we're getting Majestic Dragon (the Tuner) as well in the event.

Probably as an R or N reward.

Otherwise, the skill should have said "put 1 Majestic Dragon on top of your deck" or "summon 1 Majestic Dragon from outside your deck", instead of pulling it from somewhere in your Deck.
