Monsters with less ATK than this card cannot attack, also neither player can activate the effects of face-up monsters on the field with more ATK than this card. If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card and sent to your GY: You can target 1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner monster in your GY with the same Type and Attribute as each other; add them to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Hyper Psychic Riser" once per turn.

Tips

Boost Attack

If you prefer to make Hyper Psychic Rider's first effect more potent than the second, use equip cards and other cards that can boost his attack. A couple of powerful equip cards can make your opponent unable to attack at all. Power of the Guardians can continually boost his attack while also providing him with protection from destruction.

Tuner and Non-Tuner Pairs

Here are some examples of pairs you can retrieve when Hyper Psychic Riser is destroyed. These monsters are able to Special Summon other monsters from your hand, or can Special Summon themselves, letting you Synchro Summon again using the monsters you retrieved.

Mecha Phantom Beast Blue Impala is unique because it lets you Synchro Summon with monsters from your hand as material. Retrieve him with a level-4 Mecha Phantom Beast monster to make Mecha Phantom Beast Concoruda. Or if you have 2 level-3 Mecha Phantom Beast monsters, you can make Mecha Phantom Beast Jaculuslan.

Man a lvl 6 Syncro this will be more difficult to bring out than a lvl 5 or 7 Syncro at the current state of the game

I don't think this card is broken at all. But it's still very scary, I think it's one of the few rewards that have A rank.

On the other hand.
Wouldn't be a nice idea to allow to purchase certain cards only to King of Games rank players? wouldn't that be motivating? right now you only have to win in plat or gold rank until you get 70 wins to get the best tickets.

I dunno if this is a good idea or not, but it's just what I've been thinking.

The same concept but without treading on the whole Ranked controversy would be setting up a Card Crafter. Make whatever card from a Box with resources. Don´t care if a UR costs 1000 gems to make; at least you are getting the one you want for sure.

Hell, even set as a requirement to at least have 1 copy of the card to craft more. Will keep going through Boxes still a thing.

I agree that it will make the game worse for f2p players than it actually is. And the subterror argument is still bad. F2p players generally can't buy a new deck on the week they come, even if it's cheap as they need to grind and everything else. Would be good to have cool things on kog as we have nothing more to do there. But it's hard to don't limit f2p even more.

Hm..Most KOG deck list at very least had:
-Copies of Cosmo Brain
-Copies of neos fusion
-Copies of red eyes fusion

At the first glance we already know who is going to taste the said exclusive box, and who will had a hard time obtaining it. The current reward system already fair enough, even the WCS card prize is the same for everyone. Are u trying to dispute the system?

It's not "good", it's completely broken. There's a reason why the Mammoth that stalls attacks for one turn never even came close to release. This thing is thousand times worse than it.

Anything that can get over this, is free to attack it, and anything that can't get over it, can get rid of it via it's effect :/ It's a fantastic card in Psychic Synchro, but it's certainly not broken

It's a weak skill drain/threatening roar with solid recovery. Honestly a super solid card for lvl 6 synchro.

Summon this with Psychic Tracker as non-Tuner, and its ATK becomes 2600, meaning anything with 2500 or less ATK cannot attack, and anything with 2700 ATK or more cannot activate their effect.

Which should affect most monsters in the game as monsters with exactly 2600 ATK is not common or easy to achieve.

Yeah, 2900 ATK works too. In fact it may be even better. 2900 ATK is easier to boost into more than 3000, and most 3000 ATK monsters in the game right now, are way less useful if they cannot attack (Reactor Dragon is a good example of this, as its effect only protects it when it attacks, and it only destroys a card with its effect after it attacks)
