I don't think this card is broken at all. But it's still very scary, I think it's one of the few rewards that have A rank.
On the other hand.
Wouldn't be a nice idea to allow to purchase certain cards only to King of Games rank players? wouldn't that be motivating? right now you only have to win in plat or gold rank until you get 70 wins to get the best tickets.
I dunno if this is a good idea or not, but it's just what I've been thinking.
Basically, only those who spend real money are allowed to get the best free cards in game. Hey, what a nice idea! Not only do we limit the cards f2p players can get with gems, but since those f2p will struggle to get past legendary rank, we also limit the cards they could get for free. Let's kick out of this game players who don't want to spend real money, best idea ever you have there!
First of all, learn some education. I'm not an idiot and I don't prejudice, unlike you, meaning my comment is much more thought than yours. I'm not one of those spammers who hate konami, but I'm stating facts: the first half of the season was dominated by p2w decks. AND they are still tier 1. I used to be kog until last season, but with neos and red-eyes it's difficult to get past legend. ->
I didn't try subterrors, they came out few days ago and I have a social life so I had no time to try new decks. But even if they are better it doesn't change the fact that konami has started change to a p2w policy and currently not all decks are possible to make without spending money. Which led to my first comment: they are already limiting f2p, it's silly to limit it more with op's suggestion.->
Basically, your comment made no sense in this context because I wasn't complaining about the increased difficulty of reaching kog and I wasn't salty either. If there are new f2p decks, good for us, but that doesn't mean my comment was wrong. Looks like it is you who has a grudge against other commenters and needs to be ignorated.
The same concept but without treading on the whole Ranked controversy would be setting up a Card Crafter. Make whatever card from a Box with resources. Don´t care if a UR costs 1000 gems to make; at least you are getting the one you want for sure.
Hell, even set as a requirement to at least have 1 copy of the card to craft more. Will keep going through Boxes still a thing.
I agree that it will make the game worse for f2p players than it actually is. And the subterror argument is still bad. F2p players generally can't buy a new deck on the week they come, even if it's cheap as they need to grind and everything else. Would be good to have cool things on kog as we have nothing more to do there. But it's hard to don't limit f2p even more.
Hm..Most KOG deck list at very least had:
-Copies of Cosmo Brain
-Copies of neos fusion
-Copies of red eyes fusion
At the first glance we already know who is going to taste the said exclusive box, and who will had a hard time obtaining it. The current reward system already fair enough, even the WCS card prize is the same for everyone. Are u trying to dispute the system?
