That being three words aside, have you actually tried it?

I have a feeling this card would force ASW's ATK to 0, and ASW's effect would be disregarded until the end of the turn.

did you know kiseitai also regen half Lp each turn depends the monster he equip? 3000 atk = 1500 Lp regen each turn. much better than this card and kiseitai is monster. you attack kiseitai no battle conduct and he act right away as equip spell

It works well with the agent force -Mars if you can keep sanctuary in the sky in play... combo with divine wraith

So far, the only viable targets of this card are either "Amazoness Swords Woman", "Magical Reflect Slime" (when it becomes an effect monster since is a Gemini monster), and "Chthonian Soldier" because they have effects that "Your opponent also takes battle damage".

You can also tech this card on Aromage deck, actually. As said by the anon below, this card doesn't care if the monster is in Defense Position, so you can equip it to Jasmine who will always be in Defense Position anyway.

Sure the LP gain from this card equipped to Jasmine is only 50, but the act of gaining LP in the first place is what Aromage deck needs anyway.

Probably only going to be useful on Aromage Ra farming deck though, since competitive Aromage deck tends to need their backrow slot for their actual support cards.

Interestingly, it doesn't care if the monster is in Defense Position, and doesn't force you to keep the now 0 ATK monster in Attack Position, so you can use this card along with a monster in Defense Position with decent ATK and huge DEF.

So you can gain decent amount of LP, while still keeping the monster and your LP safe.
