Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you must banish 10 cards from the top of your Deck face-down (this is not optional), or this card is destroyed. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck that specifically lists the card "Golden Castle of Stromberg" in its text. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you activate this effect (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of "Golden Castle of Stromberg" once per turn. When your opponent's monster declares an attack: Destroy the attacking monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK that monster had on the field.

What happens if there was a card effect that can move this field spell to your opponent field spell zone? Just asking

There is. It’s called set rotation. Supposedly it’s your opponent who mills, but it never used in TCG because the meta is too fast and too consistent to wait a turn waiting for opponent mill something. And even if opponent banish 10 cards, they will still get combo pieces, if not, people won’t use Pot of Desires.

There are no cards that allow you to switch control of a Spell/Trap on the field. You can use a card like Gift Exchange or Exchange to put it in their hand, but there's no way to force them to activate it. Same with the Surprise Present skill in Duel Links. (Which I'm not sure even works on Field Spells anyway.)

Set rotation allow you to give a field spell to your opponent, including this card

Yeah, face-down. Again, there is no way to force them to activate it.

skill : KaibaCorp Bling aka Draw Sense econ

Use Double Cyclone to clear backrow as well as to prevent Golden Castle from milling your deck. Use Cosmic Cyclone to trigger the skill. This deck has OTK potential if you know how to use it

For a second there, I thought you said Gearfried instead of Glife. I was about to say "But Iron Hans can't..."

Yo, this deck is not bad lol. Instant flooding the board because searcher. This is like Silent Swordsman OTK back then but with only battle protection instead of “unaffected” shenanigans, but WAY more consistent because you instantly summon Prinzessin and search Glass Slippers off 1 card.

Also can be used for instant Synchro shenanigans, because this freaking card instantly summons from DECK.

Unless there a ways to SS a tuner I am not aware of, it'd be hard to pull off that instant SynchroS because you can't NS/Set the turn you SS from Deck.

Literally Psychic Wheelder. Pumpking Carriage is level 3, so you can synchro Cinderella and this for a level 7 synchro, or Pumpking Carrage + Wheelder for a level 6 synchro. Easy 2 card combo.

I was about to otk someone yesterday. Then his grit skill activates and he uses hey trunade!, and then this with the princess, pumpkin carriage, slippers, mage power to bring her up to 4300 to direct attack and 🔥 me. All in one turn. How do some people get that lucky? lol

I still remember that in OCG there was someone who created Gandora-X FTK that involves this card, but before it could do anything, one of its component got banned.

you mean Zigfried von Shroeder right from Yu-Gi-Oh Season 5? I think this card was his before he gave it to his little brother. Besides, we still yet to see Valkyrie monsters in the game yet.

A lot of people are complaining about the upkeep cost of this spell. After building the deck, I haven't noticed it impact anything at all. In six games, I have opened with this turn one, gone into the princess combo, and won two turns later. Now, my sample size is definitely small, but the loss of 10 cards from your deck once has yet to actually prevent me from winning a game.

It's still a work in progress, as I need to add someway to protect Pumpkin Carriage and try and find an answer to both Silent archetype's as well as Koaki Meru. Here is what I'm running right now, after buying one full box:

2x Glife
3x Prinzessin
3x Pumpkin Carriage
2x Canadia
3x Golden Castle
2x Iron Cage
3x Glass Slippers
2x Silver Bow and Arrow

Gameplan is very straightforward: play Golden Castle turn 1, summon Prinzessin, trigger her effects, equip her with everything I can, beat face. Thanks to her ability to attack directly while Pumpkin is in play, I can usually end most games on my third turn.
