Golden Castle of Stromberg

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you must banish 10 cards from the top of your Deck face-down (this is not optional), or this card is destroyed. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck that specifically lists the card "Golden Castle of Stromberg" in its text. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you activate this effect (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of "Golden Castle of Stromberg" once per turn. When your opponent's monster declares an attack: Destroy the attacking monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK that monster had on the field.

True unless you could recover those facedown cards I think Paleozoic Leanchoilia works.Though to grab any banish facedown card and send it to the grave if you need a card in the grave for activation or something else.

Play wall of disruption against this and boom they get decked out. They dont have the highest level one out on duel links or this deck would be better.

castle problems

Hello. I am looking for help with beating this deck. Moreso with the pumpkin carriage version. The same thing keeps happening to me. They start with the castle and I never draw my cosmic cyclones or other removal and the pumpkin carriage makes it even worse if they are using the cinderella version. When I try to wait the castle out, they either direct attack enough to 🔥 me or destroy everything with iron cage. If I am still alive by then, they will just use gravel storm or have another castle by then. They may also run 25 to 30 card decks to make waiting even worse. How else can I defeat this deck if I can't the cards I need to get rid of the castle in 2 to 3 turns and I can't attack? And why is this not reaching KOG more? I have beaten survival's end, AG and other meta decks. But I can't beat this. Please help.

I run this deck, and the worst counter to it is Trap Cards that destroy/banish monsters. If I lose my princess or her attack goes to 0, I’m likely to deck out. But the success rate of my deck is extremely high I will say that, and sometimes even those traps aren’t enough to stop it.

Ja stimmt, ich spiele es zurzeit im Kaiba Cup selbst und die beste Methode um es du Besiegen ist abzuwarten. Beispiel: Ich habe Goldenes Schloss von Stromberg, Prinzessin und Kürbiswagen auf dem Feld, meine Prinzessin ist mit 1 Glas Slipper Karte ausgerüstet. Was machst du ganz genau ein starkes Monster legen und abwarten, na klar ich kann die direkt angreifen aber da gibt es die Koribos.

right now with people running less backrow because of six samurais (or six samurais themselves) this deck is working so well. I am 8/3 with my version of golden castle at dlv 13 (yeah they're all noobs until dlv 17 but still)

Banish 10 cards facedown each of your Standyboy is expensive cost.

It's like banishing half your deck.

Possible skill if Leon or Zigfried playable "Master of Hacker"
Can be used by input the hack command while golden castle of stromberg on the field your opp pays the cost of your castle and your opp must attack if he/she has monster on the field but if you used this skill your LP will be reduced to 1.This skill can only used once per duel
