My problem is with the blue Fortune Fairy. Also an UR, and that one just refuse to drop for me. I still only have 1 copy right now, and I only just got that 1 copy this month.

that tier level is only a concern when you drawing from boxes where you need to spend more if unlucky.
if it is an event card UR is the same with any level as you could farm for it and it cost you nothing but time.
