It's equal ATK and only until the end of the turn, and it's not quick effect.

So either you kamikaze this thing into the targeted Synchro, or you leave yourself with a 0 ATK 0 DEF monster during your opponent's turn.

Yeah, I'm not even talking about backrow yet.

Honestly, this card is far from being busted.

Level 1 is also, in most cases, the worst Level for a Tuner.
