Skill Details

Your starting hand will reflect the card balance of your deck. This Skill will not activate unless you have at least 6 of each type of card (Monster, Spell, and Trap) in your Deck. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

Well then how doesn't it work on Cerberus deck?
It's supposed to draw Cerberus and 3 spell cards, but it doesn't even draw Cerberus.

You need 5 monsters in your deck (assuming a 20 card deck) to guarantee a monster in your starting hand.

Uh. I don't get this. If you have like, 15 monster and 5 spell, you'll get 3 monster and 1 spell right?

But WHAT IF you have 13 monster, 5 spell and 2 trap? Do you have guaranteed spell? Or you have 3 monster and the last one is random between spell or trap? Anyone know?

Spell and Trap are in the same category. So you would get 3 monsters, 1 spell or trap most of the time. But since the monster:spell&trap ratio is not exactly 3:1, it is possible to get 2 monsters, 2 spell/trap.

Sorry but. Can confirm spell and traps are different category. 10 duels with 13 monsters, 5 spells and 2 traps. Starting hand ALWAYS either 3 monster + 1 spell or 2 monster + 1 spell + 1 trap. I never got 3 monster + 1 trap.

Wrong explanation

This 🔥 does start with 2 monster, 1 spell and 1 trap card but after that, you draw randomly, not as said "It will make you draw a monster the next turn and then a spell, and then a trap"

Agreed.
Whoever wrote that explanation is a total 🔥wit.
Balance only affects STARTING HAND.
Afterwards, you draw randomly as per normal.
The skill description itself even just simply mentions the starting hand, nothing else.
