It's meta in TCG because TCG also has cards we don't have in DL, including the Links and Link-related cards this card is used with.

This will defo be banned once all the Orcust engine in Duel links

afaik we don't have any other orcust monster...so technically this card is useless right now?

there are other 2 orcust monsters but they only work as an engine for dark GY focused decks

Not really, I guess?

The Graveyard effect of special summoning monster from the deck is considered one of the strongest effect in the game. However, granted the target is still limited.

not right now it isn't! its effect is unusable until other "Orcust" monsters are added

The reason is that it was banned almost two months ago. Orcusts could be a good deck thin/spam engine, and this card will facilitate that.

Also, we are getting Black Salvo in March. So this card is a good target for it

Orcust is an insanity that shouldn't have existed, much like Grass.

But without their Link and Xyz monsters, I think Orcust should be fine in DL.
