Skill Details

Return 1 card from your hand to your Deck. Then, randomly play 1 "Grand Tiki Elder" or "Melchid the Four-Face Beast" in Defense Position from outside of your Deck. After using this Skill, You cannot Normal or Special Summon any monsters other than "Masked Beast Des Gardius" until the end of your opponent's turn. This Skill can only be used once per turn, and twice per Duel.

There seem to be error at translate
its seem you can still allowed to summon before using this skill

Yeah, pretty sure that's supposed to be more to the tune of "this monster can only be tributed for the summon of.."

Because the whole point is - summon a monster, skill, summon Des. It's actually great for a Des Guardius deck because you can bypass the Tiki and Melchid entirely and skill them out when needed.

i'm still grinding for this..
