I think this card actually works quite well with Koakis. It has decent defense that has been enough to spare my life for one turn, and its effect combos pretty well with Iron Core's mechanics to allow you to maintain a bit of draw power while paying costs if need be, or provides a second card in the draw phase if you draw Iron Core naturally. B-
