This can be used in Silent Magician Deck right? What other deck can be this card be used in.

This is an OK card, I guess. It would definitely work best in Silent Magician, but could be used hypothetically used in any deck. The first one that comes to mind is mill decks that run Shadow Scout, but those generally don't like to go on the offensive.
