Darklords

Darklord monsters are mostly high-leveled Fairy-types. This makes Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen great for bringing out powerful beaters in a Darklord deck. Use Banishment of the Darklords to search out the monster you want to Special Summon.

I doubt Cloudians would even use it. Nimbusman is the only one that can't already be Summoned with Water Hazard or Summon Cloud anyway, neither of which really see play in Cloudians. I'd consider Summon Cloud a straight better card, too.

Cloudian honestly needs Cloudian Squall more than this card.

Possible to release since it won’t have any major impact. It’s basicalla a fairy version of call of the mummy.

Why? It's a GX-era card that's only slightly better than the Call of the Mummy and Court of Justice we already have.

It's not like we have a super-powerful high-Level Fairy here anyway. Joan and (Neo-)Parshath are OK, but they're not game-winning. And with only 1.5 copies, you can't really build around it, either.
