These are the cards that are able to discard WATER monsters with 1500 or less ATK from your hand to the Graveyard to activate their effects, except Skreech which can send 2 WATER monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard, when being destroyed by battle. You can retrieve these WATER monsters that was discarded earlier with Salvage. This can be a powerful recycling strategy in your deck.
These are the recommended monsters to use alongside Salvage. Needle Sunfish lowers any 1 of your opponent’s monsters’ ATK when it was sent to the Graveyard. Yomi Ship destroys the monster that destroyed it in battle. Snow Dragon gives Snow counters to all face-up monsters on the field when it was sent to the Graveyard by battle or card effect.
