nope, twister stops Field, Continuous and Equip Spells, and has no effect over Normal/Quick-Play spells.

Negated with Dark Paladin decks, easy win over Kaiba.

This card should be obtained through a character's level up from Kaiba for example. It would be nice to fight bosses who use more old-school cards like Mirror Force, Raigeki, Brain Control, Pot of Greed, etc. Love the challenge Konami ;)

Yeah and it should be a level 40 only reward for a certain character or limited so that people can only use one MR.

if they add it to the card pool it should be banned from competitive play(or maybe any pvp that isn't against friends). Its a card that's way to versatile and without any restrictions.

It's only fair to have this card in the game if everyone is able to get it. Being that is under construction, and only in the game, not for us to have, along with a lot of other cards that are under construction. They all should be removed unless we all can get them under construction is 🔥!

this card is banned in every format... and duel links doesn't have "many mosnter removal"... when duel links releases mirror wall, wind mirror wall, then it will have monster removal.

Yes cyberstein is banned as well but why is he in duel links not banned? Because your starting lifepoint count and the lack of heal cards in duel links. Cyberstein is very situational for this particular yugioh game and monster reborn has no cost for its powerful effect while cyber has.
