I dont think banned cards from tcg yugioh will be obtainable anyway in duel links since they are broken which is a reason why they are banned in the first place but i guess the A.I. are allowed to use it

Yes cyberstein is banned as well but why is he in duel links not banned? Because your starting lifepoint count and the lack of heal cards in duel links. Cyberstein is very situational for this particular yugioh game and monster reborn has no cost for its powerful effect while cyber has.
