I try to use this card in duel links. It won’t even activate when trying to use it with an xyz monster who has battled once during battle phase. Why does it now work? I use kite tenjo ready to get defeated skill

The skill is not the issue here. There might be a few explanations:
-You cannot activate a trap the same turn you set it
-Another card prevented you from activating it
-The monster you wanted to target cannot be targeted
-It's a bug

Likely saved for when we get Yuma on his own.

Remember, the one time Yuma used this card, he doesn't have Astral on his side.

Who comes up with these ratings? How is this card better than the generic rank 8 from the same box that has a non targeting destruction effect that let's you choose a card(s) on resolution so your opponent can't respond???

Not bad since it's generic Xyz support, but......

Why are we getting Kattobingu Challenge already when we still don't have Double-Up Chance yet?????

Because they can't even fix Utopia's effect for 2 patches straight, no point in adding a card that can't combo properly with it's main support
