How to Get High Score

This page notes what the score is in Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links, the list of conditions, and how to gain high score.

List of assessments by type

Score

Based on Duel Assessments

The amount of score is based on the conditions players achieve in a duel. The more amount of score can be obtained as the achieved assessments are difficult.

One Reward by 1,000 Score

Players can obtain one reward per 1000 score when winning a duel. For example, when the score is 2000 or more but less than 3000, you can get 2 rewards.

Tips

Decks to farm LDs

Over 6,000 score

Quick Victory and Comeback Victory can be active at the same time and gives you score of 2,500. Not easy to achieve two of them in a duel, but not impossible.

Over 9,999 Damage and Cards on the Brink

To achieve those two is the most popular way to get high score from Legendary Duelists. See the list of cards that can increase their ATK over 10,000.

Quick Victory and No Damage

Quick Victory and No Damage are the easiest conditions to achieve. Using high stats monster cards and equip spell may also allow you to achieve Over 3000 Damage.

Depends on your opponent

If your opponent use spell cards decreasing your life points, LP on the Brink will be easier to achieve. Understanding cards in the opponent's deck is important.

List of assessments by type

Standard conditions

Following conditions cannot be overlapped.

Assessment	Score	Detail
Duel Loss	1,000	Lose a duel.
Draw	1,500	End a duel in a draw.
Duel Victory	2,000	Win a duel.
Deck Out Victory	2,100	Win a duel by reducing your opponent cards in the deck to 0.
Quick Victory	2,500	Win a duel within turn 1 - 4.
Special Victories	3,000	Destiny Board.
Surrender	0	Surrender a duel.

LP/deck on the brink

Following conditions can be added to the score by each.

Assessment	Score	Detail
Comeback Victory	500	Win the duel when your LP is lower than your opponent at the start of your turn.
LP on the Brink	1,000	Win a duel when you life point is 100 or less.
Low LP	500	Win a duel when you life points is 1000 or less.
Cards on the Brink	500	Win a duel when the number of cards in your deck is 0.
Few Cards	200	Win a duel when the number of cards in your deck is 5 or less.

Damage/destruction

The following conditions can be added to the score by each.

Assessment	Score	Detail
Victory by Effect Damage Only	1,000	Reduce the opponent's life points to 0 by only effect damage.
No Damage Taken	500	Win a duel without receiving damage.
Destroy 10 (or 7 or 5) Monsters	300 (200) (100)	Destroy 10 or more monsters.
Over 3000 Damage!	500	Decrease the opponent's life points by more than 3,000 with one attack.
Over 5000 Damage!	1800	Decrease the opponent's life points by more than 5,000 with one attack.
Over 9999 Damage !	3,000	Decrease the opponent's life points by more than 9,999 with one attack.

Summon/activation

The following conditions can be added to the score by each.

Perform a Ritual Summon	400	Conduct at least one ritual summon.
Perform a Fusion Summon	400	Conduct at least one Fusion Summon.
Perform a Tribute Summon	300	Conduct at least one tribute summon.
Perform a Special Summon	100	Conduct at least one Special Summon.
Activate a Spell	100	Use at least one Spell card.
Activate a Trap	100	Use at least one Trap card.

Glossy/Prismatic card

The following conditions can be added to the score by each. More score you can get as you use more glossy/prismatic cards.

Assessment	Score	Detail
Played Prismatic Card	200	Use a prismatic card.
Played Glossy card	100	Use a glossy card.

Hot New Top

Markosipo

"Victory by Effect Damage Only" can be also obtained by doing damage only with effects and winning the duel by a Deck Out Victory. In other words, you can use a Raimei and win by Deck Out without causing battle damage and you'll get a "Victory by Effect Damage Only" reward.

Monsters that are special summoned through another card effect don't get the assesment points "played a Glossy or Prismatic". That means Glossy or Prismatic Fusion and Ritual Monsters dont get assessment points.

Yes they do. I have glossy fusions and always get assessment points for playing them.

No, they were not played.

FYI

Destroy monsters assessments seems only count monster destroyed "by battle". I destroy 11 monsters in a duel but several of them by Barrel Dragon eff. Result only get 7 monsters in assessment.

It may have changed recently (doubt it) but it has counted monsters destroyed by effects b4, even your own monsters i.e. Daedalus sweep.

Test it a few more times.

Try this one, use kickout to deal 10000 effect damage, 6000 score at least (2000 victory+3000deal morethan9999+1000effect damage only)

The card you're referring to is called Kickfire.

For the auto deck just make a beatdown standart deck, without many combos because the AI in some cases 🔥ed up with some plays

a standard rex raptor dinosaur kingdom deck will do the job, farming them is easy becasue rex is the easiest LD to farm, cerberus him to death till u get 3 copies of his 2 1600atk dinos, you can even get high on ranked with UR trap and Magic cards.

Add a High Attack tribute monster as well, i use tyrant dragon and luster dragon, the last one boast high attack for 1 tribute, use equipment cards like big bang ray and you get 2400 dinos to kick asses, use de-spells or any other card that destroy magic cards, and gravel storm to rekt set spell trap cards

That's easy, YOU LOST. SO your 9 Glosstastic cards + bonus were cut in half. That's not hard to figure out.

How to Trigger the "Comeback Victory" in Duel Links?

At the beginning of the turn that you finish your enemy you have to have less HP than the enemy.

Example: You have 2K HP and Your Enemy has 3K HP. You deal 3K Damage and finish him off. You will receive the Comeback Victory Bonus.

What are possible Opportunities to get it?

Ceberus is the most Common deck. Get attacked, Sorcery Conduit or Low Level Draw as Skill, You draw Ceberus and Power him up to finish enemy.

Are there faster Versions to get 40x for Level 57?

In my opinion, the fastest way is using Wrecker Panda

Build a deck with 1-3x Wrecker Panda Use Skill "Earth Draw" or "Low Level Draw" Put ONLY Monsters in the Deck (as many high Level as you have) Summoner Wrecker Panda, Use it's skill to finish off enemy with one turn.

Easiest against Lvl 10 Legendary Duelists

Imo, comeback victory also need to finish at >5th turn so as not to trigger quick victory at 4th turn.

Your cerberus attack is 9900. After you attack that 1200 monster, battle damage is 8700. Which is over 5000 only. you need to grow you cerberus attack more than 12000 before attack to get over 9999 damage.

While it is possible to get comeback + no damage assessment if your enemy use a lot healing spell in early turn

no dmg is on you not opponents LP. Means you took no damage.
