people abuse a bug with this card so you run out of time and lose the game. nothing you can do after the effect goes off, 100% lose.

It doesn't reveal owner's hand. (Neither does Restart for all I know, I never saw no one's hand revealed when they activated the skill.)

I'm pretty sure he/she saw mine, nevertheless, because he/she did banish the card I was about to play.

Is this a bug or by design?
