Skill Details

Can be used turn 5 and onward, if you control no monsters. Randomly play 1 of the following monsters/pair of monsters: Cyber Commander, Gagagigo, Lava Battleguard and Swamp Battleguard. You cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.

We may not be able to special summon for the rest of the turn, but I'm pretty sure there are some decks (like Blue-Eyes, Aliens, Vampires, etc.) that could use a free monster to sacrifice for a Tribute summon or two, should they not get a way to special summon their boss monsters.

Good skill for monarch but that's it

Interesting, I don't think it's that much of a cyber style since it doesn't matter how much LP you lose, you only will be able to activate it during turn 5 and onward.

The skill is only good in classic tribute summon decks, so U.A. can't abuse it.
