Remember, chain is resolved backwards, so anything activated before Navigation would resolve after Navigation.

If you want to use NES' effect, there must be nothing that resolve after Navigation.

"When....You can" effect is different from "If...You can" effect.

"When...You can" can miss the timing, while "If...You can" cannot.

If for example, NES has "If...You can" instead, it would still resolve, after the another card you chained with Navigation resolved first.

Notably, there's a third kind called Mandatory "When".

It's an effect where the text just says "When" without "You can", meaning there's no choice, you have to do what the effect says (hence mandatory). This kind of effect cannot miss the timing as well.

Citree doesn't synergize well with Spellcaster deck, duh

Plus, non-generic effect, while this card's effect is generic

It seems like a good way to stop metal slash dragon.

This bunny sorcerer can be used to quickly summon Arcanite Magician - equip Magical Exemplar with Synchro Boost and special summon him by using counters from Exemplar.

We needed this card in arcanite magician box,really good with magical examplar.It is now irrelevant since sams dominating every deck and really hard to have fun with anything else.
