......Magician of Black Chaos and Dark Magician of Chaos are two different cards.

The card is in fact bugged, you can't use it with Dark Magician variants (different versions of the same card)

You're either mistaken, or stupidly trying to Tribute something like Dark Magician Girl or Dark Magician Knight that isn't named Dark Magician. All three arts of Dark Magician are able to be Tributed by this card just fine. (Just tested it, which isn't fun when Miracle Dig's the only way to return DMoC the Graveyard.)

Dark Magician of Chaos and Magician of Black Chaos (ritual monster) aren't the same cards, you need to use Dark Magician (not DMG).

This card isn't working. I'm trying it out with the new Arkana character with a dark magician orientated deck, and it can never be activated
