The key to play this deck is locking your opp's backrow & OTK as fast as u can. Use many free SS monsters (dyna, earth ninja, etc) as a fodder for sphynx/peryton.

Pretty standard GFF build, depth charge/fish can deal with Sylvans/onslaught, econ for Anki. Triple econ and powerful rebirths are key.

The main objective is to use ties straight into attacker and anchor for field control. Protection with pulse mines, anubis, windstorm. Typhoons to get rid of call of the archfiends, amazoness onslaughts, sea stealth, etc. Rebirth just in case. Grit saved me a lot of times against sylvans and masked heroes.
♦ BigGuyForYou:
No pulse mines necessary! Powerful rebirth is an excellent tool for ensuring you can flip gears the next turn.
Ties of the brethren isnt necessary either! I hit KOG with a version of this deck that did not include ties or pulse mines in the april season, as I just started the game. I ran 1x Geargiaccelerator and 1x Wall of disruption instead.
I aggressively Reload for ties of the brethren unless my hand is 2x Gears 2x Protective spell/trap.
♦ emaraquino:
This deck can clear the field in 1 turn with Geargianchor and Geargiattacker. I added 3 Super Rush Headlong and 3 Pulse Mines to go against Amazoness, Anki, and Sylvan decks. When dueling in a mirror match, just hope that you get better opening cards than you're opponent. I used Balance for consistency since I only have 2 copies of Ties of the Brethren.

♦ Orion:
Gusto Griffin+ Tricky is one of the easiest ways to swarm the field on turn one, and Reeze helps with any monsters stronger than yours. Snipe Hunter is in there to get rid of dead cards, and Draining Shield is for games that go past 5 turns so you can use Psychokinesis with no trouble (rarely used this card, only came in handy against Amazoness).

This deck is so agresive and anti meta cuz of u can destroy anything with Snipe Hunter and control the massive remove from Amazoness with Chaos Hunter.
