Skill Details

Can be used when your Life Points are 1,000 or below. Until the End Phase, reduce the Level of all monsters in your hand by 3. This skill can be used to "Suijin, "Kazejin", and "Sanga of the Thunder," regardless of your remaining Life Points. This skill can only be used once per turn.

Well that's another way of making the guardians work better for the Paradox Brothers.

Really intimidating but can be countered the same way you'd counter any other monster. And makes your opponent suddenly very allergic to burn decks. Should be once per duel but I don't see it getting too crazy.

That said, use this during a duel against a good burn deck and your gonna have a bad time.

You will put multiple spellcard supreme berry in a 3*demo deck for easy lifepoints regain, which you will have in all 3*versions. So you will have that vs burndecks too.

Its not that allergic to burndecks.
The 3*decks are way out of line strenghwise as its too easy for them to replenish lifepoints.

Also can regain with the 7*fairy guardian angel joan.

Im done with duel links and this ridiciulous skills not just this one good bye im getting myself a life

This skill is honestly broken.

One of main reasons for it is that there's no cards to counter character's skills. Field spells can be countered with a Twister, Draw skills are something that needs setup (Im using high lvl draw in Kaiba's Lord of D. deck, but it's useless without Lord itself plus flute), restart and balance does not breaking any rules and something like Weevil's parasites can be countered with any insect cards which actually vialable (4-star lady bug, for example). However, this skill represents stronger version of the card with less synergy. Imagine if you could "add cost down" any time you want from nowhere.

And ofcourse, there's "Champion Vigilance" which is absurd support card to play against if enemy just summoned Dark Magician from like nowhere.

I mean at last this skill should have limited use per duel orand more expensive price to pay (like "your healing is only 5025% effective if it's more than 500 LP").
