Skill Details

Can be used when your Life Points are 1,000 or below. Until the End Phase, reduce the Level of all monsters in your hand by 3. This skill can be used to "Suijin, "Kazejin", and "Sanga of the Thunder," regardless of your remaining Life Points. This skill can only be used once per turn.

3SD is bugged right now. u can use it anytime and u dont even lose any lifepoints, but the effect goes through...

You don't lose any life points to use the effect anymore but your lp has to be 1000 or less so unless your opponent had more than 1000 lp when they used the effect its not bugged

Opponent life points 3500 (hadn't gained any LP in the duel).
My LP 2900 (hadn't gained any LP in the duel).
His/her field: One face down Gazelle King.
My field: Nothing.
S/he then activates 3 star demotion for no cost, summons Sanga and wins duel.
What's the drawback of this skill? Doesn't work like it's described on this page at all.

Oh wait yes it does, it's free for Sanga, Suijin and Kazejin.

This skill isn't really bad at all, even after the nerf. Just run 3 copies of Solemn Scolding and it's pretty as long as you get a copy in your starting hand you'll be fine. If you don't, you could run copies of Magical Mallet or Reload.

So pretty much, some can say the new one is SlightlY better than the old one.

Also, don't forget about the extra thing, Kazejin, Sanga, and Suijin can be summoned without Tribute.

Why have i not unlocked this skill ive had over a 200 sucessful farms i have unlocked every skill possible except 3 star ive been trying 2 get it 4 the longest. Farming 4 skills like this 1 is stupid af.

You battle legendary duelists at the gate to obtain skill that you normally don't unlock.

This skill has still the potential if you add Draining Shield in your deck. Though most players at this moment will have Sergeant Electro in their deck.

Can anyone explain me , is there two types of 3DS skill?
Bcoz some times it shows 3000 lp and sometimes 2000 lp? Why?

They nerfed the skill. It used to be 2000, but now it's 3000
