When a card says "monsters you control" it means monsters on your side of the field, not hand nor deck, only field

Click on the card while it's on the field.

Also, you still need the proper materials, you can't just use any monster. If the Melodious Fusion monster says it needs Melodious monsters as materials, then you need Melodious monsters face-up on your side of the field that you can use as materials.
