Simple card ain't no joke in Yugioh. Just look at Pot of Greed, Raigeki, Harpie Feather duster, ect,ect

literally worse than powerful rebirth just release as a rare for themed decks

Powerful rebirth only work on level 4 or lower monsters, THIS is 100% unrestricted...

A vampire/Zombie deck would be perfect Pumpkin king, an pumpkin queen, invader of darknesd, neckrosfere, Vamp lord, Vamp gen,Vamp Kuala, Econ, birthright, Call of the haunted, powerful rebirth, wall of disruption, Red eyes black D,Red eyes Zombie D,Call of the Mummy, Creeping Darkness, card of red stone, Soul exchane, the shallow grave,card trader, mask of the accursed, dark effigy, Riryoku, dark jeroid, Emissary Of the Afterlife, jawls,of dark demise, Kiseitai, doom dog,Labryantj of nightmares, metalmprph, enhance, javlin, second most important card is gozuki for his efdect, last but not least.... Chaos Necromancer.

Don't worry about how meny monsters you got, limit your trap, an magic, the whole point of this is to send monsters directly to graveyard for their abilities to activate.

Note: Trump card which you only pull out when you get a free shot direct attack an your graveyard is stacked with monsters Chaos Necro.

I've had his attack power over 10,000!

Also combo this with spells that allow your chaos necro to atk directly.

I'm sure you can find other cards as well to add, Trust me this deck works very good.
