Target 1 "Scrap" monster you control; send 1 "Scrap" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, then draw 1 card, then destroy that monster.

Pros

Mills a Scrap monster out of your deck.
Draws a card.
Some Scrap monsters want to be destroyed to trigger effects.

Cons

Destroys one of your monsters.

Tips

Since this is a quick-play spell you can set it and then activate it in response to an opponent's card that would get rid of one of your Scrap monsters, so that you gain additional advantage.

Scrap monsters

You can target these monsters with Scrapstorm for destruction. Scrap Kong, Scrap Orthros, and Scrap Worm allow you to retrieve Scrap monsters from your graveyard when they are destroyed. Scrap Shark searches a Scrap monster from your deck when he is destroyed. Scrap Golem and Scrap Chimera special summons monsters you can destroy with Scrapstorm to gain more searches and advantage. When you target a monster for destruction with Scrap Breaker you can chain Scrapstorm to instead destroy your targeted monster with Scrapstorm to get more utility out of it.

The archtype sucks without beast, dragon, and twin dragon (and yes its obvious that the archtype would have been broke with them involved so they should have just not released this altogether)

Beast would have been fine. I guess they're just paranoid about Level 4 Tuners like they were at the beginning of the TCG's Synchro era.

But yeah, Scrap Dragon would probably be too much (particularly given it's generic), and Twin definitely would have been (removing 2 cards from the field in this format is devastating).

This is better if we have Scrap Beast.
