Card doesn't work. Equipped it to Inzektor Centipede. I attacked with Inzektor Centipede and the enemy activated a spell card to destroy it. So much for ''When the equipped monster declares an attack, your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards''

So, does my opponent who uses a Subterror deck and used the trap card to increase his monster's attack still go off or does Zektahawk's effect stops it?

Your opponent should not be able to activate the Trap card.

However, if it is an already face-up Trap card's effect, then your opponent can use it.

This card only prevents activation of Spell/Trap cards, but does not prevent activation of Spell/Trap effect.

inzektor get armades effect

It doesn't exactly turn your monster into an Armades, it just prevents your opponent from activating Spell/Trap Cards when the monster declares an attack, which means they can still use Enemy Controller during the Battle Step or World Legacy Clash during the Damage Step. It's still nice because it prevents Drowning Mirror Force and WoD.

considering the other card types spell cards, insect cards need all the help they can
