Strings will appear in Duel World during this event using a level 20 deck. Win the duel against him once and you will obtain the god card Slifer the Sky Dragon from the missions reward. The Slifer that you obtain is guaranteed to be a prismatic.

As part of the 1 year anniversary celebration, a new box is released! It contains some of the "must-haves" cards, as well as some brand new ones!. Each pack costs 200 gems to purchase and contains 12 cards, with each pack guaranteed to have at least 1 SR or UR, along with 7 N and 4 R cards. Gem purchase of the packs is also limited to 15.
Log in during this event period and you will be able to obtain a ticket each day! For a total of 3 SR and 3 UR tickets, and 1 out of each tickets being a foil card. The options that you can choose are mostly Legendary Duelist card rewards and card trader cards, but it also contains cards that are no longer available from the card trader, event LDs, and previously event exclusive cards. You can redeem them from the banner on the upper right of the screen.
While not exactly part of the 1 year celebration events, the exp bonus campaign starts at the same time. This campaign will last for 12 days, ending on the January 24th (Japan time), 2 days after the 1 year anniversary celebration event ends. Use this time to grind for levels to obtain gems and level up rewards!
