His attack points are kinda low, which means you need to attack with another psychic card like... psychic nightmare... (just an example) and this guy is just support like

This is a Tuner, of course it's a support/tech, the main point of Tuners is to use them for a Synchro Summon, so don't expect them to be something with effect that you want to stay on the field.
