Skill Details

Can be used from turn 7 and onward. Reduce your Life Points to 100 and shuffle 2 cards from your hand into the Deck. Then, roll a die and draw cards equal to the number rolled. This Skill can only be used once per duel.

Try auto dueling the legendary duelists in the world, that's how I got the skill from lvl 30 Yugi. It isn't much but it's time efficient. You'll be pleasantly surprised, that's how I got all the skills for the Paradox Bros.

Any legendary duelist works, but YOU must be using Joey against the legendary duelist, since only Joey can get the skill.

I believe skills can drop after Rank Duels too, so you could also just duel as Joey in the Rank Duels. The skills only drop once in a blue moon though...
