Able to look at your opponent’s hand, and banish the card that was added to their hand from Field or Graveyard, also the cards with the same name from their hand.

Cons

Very situational to use.

Tips

Very situational to use since current meta is diverse and not all Deck types relies on returning cards from Field or Graveyard to their hand.

Counter

Destiny HERO - Decider

Seal, Strategist Fur Hire

These are some of the cards that can be countered by Heartless Drop Off. Seal’s effect allows it to return any Fur Hire monster from the Graveyard to the hand, while Destiny HERO - Decider’s effect can return any HERO monster back to the hand or Extra Deck.

Yes, the second effect only of course.

This card can counter "salvage" which both cards artwork is similar and salvage added card from GY to hand as well. This card also can counter spirit monsters and yosenju.

Nope. Except for the normal spell card, that add a Mask change to hand from the graveyard.
But Decider effect(or whatever D-Hero add D-Hero from grave after normal/special summon) to add a D-Hero let you use this to against the added D-Hero.

could always try to run a wind deck with bird man joe or hey trunade but outside of that i'm not sure.

Hey trunade only work on face-down, meanwhile this card needs face-up card.
And isnt swift birdman joe return your spell/trap too? idk how the interaction but seems it couldnt work.

Some ssa whale decks have mill mechanism they mill whale right off the top and whale in gy can be added to hand.
