Once per turn, if you control no monsters: You can target 1 "Ancient Gear" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, and if you do, it gains 200 ATK (even if this card leaves the field). You can only control 1 "Ancient Gear Reborn".
I'm the guy that posted about Shi En earlier. Right now I had a game in which I set a treacherous and ECON on my first turn, nothing else. Next turn, my opp plays Inzektors, it's the 2nd turn. He normal summons Centipede, equips him with Hornet, send him to GY to blow up my TTH, adds Zektahawk to hand, equips it and 2 Zektkalibers, then goes to battle phase and jusr whacks me to death. THERE WAS NO PROMPT TO ACTIVATE ECON. And I kinda expected that to happen. Don't trust that auto toggle crap, it's not programmed poorly, better set to ON in critical moments.
Either the same toggle case as the guy with Shi En below, or you wanted to negate the effect (just like Shi En, Lapauila can only negate the card's activation, not the effect activation of a spell/trap that's already face-up on the field).
So I had Shi En on my field and my opponent activated this card on my turn and he resurrected Reactor Dragon. I had toggle set to AUTO and got no prompt to use Shi En's effect. WTF? Is that normal?
That's not the first time I don't get an activation prompt by the way. If you are playing UA and you have canadia in the grave and penalty box on your field(face-down, of course), you won't get a prompt to active penalty box if you have no monsters on the field. So if I want to activate penalty to protect myself with canadia, I have to put toggle to manual. I absolutely hate that.
The problem with this card is that the effect is only usable if I control no monsters period....can't even have a Set monster.
It’s also questionable if you’d even run in the deck anyways. You’d have to hard draw it since searching it with Wyvern effectively prevents it from activating for 3 turns (The turn you search, then have to set and wait next, then can activate)
