How to Get
Skill rebalancing history

Skill Details

Can be used only once after starting hands are drawn. Reduce your starting hand by 1, and then redraw your hand. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

Can syrus Truesdale learn Balance or Restart?!?

If your opponent have advantage in the beginning but your cards are on the deck supposed to be his weakness then you can use as a skill so thus you have a second chance to get it.
So far, I used it on rare occasions but I like the skill.

I think I've seen some Bakuras with Restart. Is this character able to get it?

This ability should be nerfed, just by pure logic. The whole part of card games is that you're opening hand sets the pace, just restarting your opening hand is just dumb. Should be a life point cost.

A lot, actually. Pokemon TCG is still one of the biggest TCG out there, alongside names like Yugioh, MTG, Vanguard, Buddyfight, and Hearthstone.

Heck even Duel Masters, although it is now nonexistent outside Japan, but it is still really big in Japan, and has become a lot more complex than just "get your biggest double breaker out".

The fact that most other tcg have a mulligan in the game and some even allow multiply mulligans and this takes up a skill that can be filled by free cards in general, and other free advantage that is far more powerful then this.
