Restart skill in Duel Links. Skill details, how to get, characters, and decks.

Skill Details

Can be used only once after starting hands are drawn. Reduce your starting hand by 1, and then redraw your hand. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

Something that needs to change is Bonz can also drop this as i just got it for
Seto Kaiba. im happy as its the 1ST skill i have opened and i been playing for over 4 months :(

Everyone can get restart, it only drops on LD's farming level 40 has a higher drop rate just like everything else, it's a universal skill just like balance and attribute draws
