Has Konami mentioned anything about fixing the foil/gloss? Originally, prismatic cards shined with stars and yellow light, glossy cards yellow light, and non-foil blue light. Now it’s a random assignment (non-foil can be yellow with lots of stars, prismatic no stars, etc). Have they mentioned anything about fixing or updating that? I’m annoyed, ‘cause I aimed at getting prismatic and glossy cards for that visual effect, and now it’s gone.

I am getting bored of the game. If i had to name the current meta we have it would be "turn 2 meta" because the matches are decided that fast. You cant play slow decks at all also no room for comeback. I like how people used to complain about tea burn being a coin flip and now all matches are just a coin flip "will i get better draws than my opponent or not"

It seems you don't understand a speed duel concept in the first place. Duel Links is suppose to be quick-pace format. If you can't stand it go play Duel Generation/YGO Pro or just play PvE so you can take longer matches as you please.

I'm trolling, I'm just being realistic. Yugioh can't never be a balanced game if you played Yugioh TCG for a decade or more. It's like you expect a random dragon deck to win or have a chance against spellbook/sylvan/amazoness.

Anyone else notice that the admitted cheater in the show/game is the American. Wearing the US flag at all times. That doesn't seem like a coincidence.

What about the other American characters? There is Pegasus (speaks lots of English), Rebecca (says, "god damn!" way too much in Japanese version), the DOMA knights?, Johan?, Edo Phoenix? (says, "cemetary" and "effect" a lot (and they were from American academy in the manga. Idk

Some other characters, particularly Edo, don't have clear nationality despite their name, and their English could be attributed to how Japanese LOVE using English words despite being unable to fluently speak in English.

True. Some of them have very non Japanese-sounding names (Johan Anderson, Jim Cook). Edo is a bit of a wild card, though. The last name "Phoenix" doesn't sound Japanese, but his first name is because of the Edo period in Japan. His father worked for Pegasus and he is American, and he was American Academy in the manga. So maybe it is possible. But it is hard to tell sometimes. And DOMA, idk.

First time i bought cards from money in this game. I thought the guarantee 1 UR deal will be the best. I bought cards from 5 main boxes and i got Dunames Dark Witch and Axe Raider. WTF? I will never spend money on this game again!

You got a guaranteed UR. Just like the (usually) 4 cards you draw to start a duel.

Can you please limit the numbers of sylvan in a deck or ban some cards. Sylvan are too much to handle. I hope you maintain balance like we used too. Thanks

This game needs to slow down a bit. I was thinking its about time they increase both card limit and life points to 25 and 5k. This should nerf the no brain grass looks greener, making sylvans less consistent, and overall slow down the pace. I think this will also help some if the weaker decks to be usable at least.

This game it´s getting so boring, everything it´s about sylvans, you go ranked: sylvans, you go qualifiers: sylvans, you go unranked games: sylvans and if you see the most popular cards: all the stupid sylvan deck it´s there, what is the idea of havind thousands of cards if the only deck that dominates everywhere it´s sylvans? even the best counter for a sylvan deck is another sylvan deck.

Hi, I was curious to know, when am I supposed to reset the box when buying booster. Packs? If i want another of the same ultra rare? Or also when I want more of the same cards that are normal, rare, and super rare cards?

only reset when you want multiple ultra rare and super rare. never reset if you aiming rare cards.

Their notification ingame says not...although that also seems to think it just affects qualifier duels when it affects all. It implies we just have to keep track of how many wins we have and hope they give us the right rewards at the end of the month...

REMOVE the amazon cards and the annoying plat decks, its not fun player vs the same deck EVERY duel cus people take winning over fun.

I agree with Aquablast, people gravitate towards the same performant decks eventually, thats what META(Most Effective Tactic Available) is. The internet only accelerates the discovery of such decks, so it is not entirely the game's fault(what they release is their fault although this is planned). All players can do is not get attached to their decks and adapt to the pvp climate.

The problem is, that those 'counters' are already the meta decks.

SB own most other decks as its banish card is superior to everything. ONly very fast decks can compete here or?
Amazoness, while enable banishing, it can be countered either by backrow and/or monster removal or just plain damage.
Sylvan... the 🔥 from hell. Only 'luck' dependent. Some of those are even run good with spells/trap

that anti-monster play don't stop them enough.

I didn't encounter other decks, that were as strong as those 3.
Anki seem to be dependent on luck as well to OTK or to not get stopped afterwards.
SS was only 2 times used against me.
