1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
If you Synchro Summon this card, all materials must be the same Attribute. Once per turn, if you have 4 or more Tuners with different names in your GY and control this Synchro Summoned card: You can pay half your LP; destroy all other cards on the field, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Dragon monsters. Once per turn, during your End Phase: Banish 4 cards from the top of your Deck.

Pretty garbage card - can't used just use it to get rid of a monster you don't want on your field like Michael because you need 3 monsters and can't just use a tuner+lv7 mob and even if you summon it the conditions to use the effect are too many and too difficult. Can't use the effect after summoning with white spirit because it's a special summon not a synchro summon... Just useless card in general

No, this is just a Synchro counterpart.

.....umm, you CAN use a level 1 tuner + level 7 non-tuner to synchro summon this card.

Harder to summon, but more generic than Judgement Dragon. I think this card has a use in Synchro decks that can pull off its summoning requirement.
