The confusion might be a little old below but just for anyone who comes at a later date. Always take the text on cards VERY LITERALLY. Tributing / destroying by card effect are different.

Try Thunder crash, and altar for tribute after You had 3 Fire mons in field, and kickfire activated in field, after all that just burn them in stanby phase 3k/4k if you use one mons after activating first TC, then use another one(or 6k/8k if there is two of KF), Or to shorten the duel use the chain reaction ability

it's a powerfull card if you use it with poki draco & infinite dismissal. then you could combo it with

BOMBOCLAAAAT

This trap ignores the effects of Gaia, Ignis, Blazing Hiita, Enemy Controller and Painful Escape. Needless to say it's useless in a fire deck. Thanks Konami for only caring about the meta...

you know why, because gaia, ignis, blazing hitta and enemy controller tribut the monster not destroy them and kickfire only works with destroyed fire monsters
